Amalan Kebatinan Dalam Persembahan Kesenian Tradisional Masyarakat Melayu

Keputusan: 

Muzakarah Jawatankuasa Fatwa Majlis Kebangsaan Bagi Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam Malaysia Kali Ke-79 yang bersidang pada 6 - 8 September 2007 telah membincangkan Amalan Kebatinan Dalam Persembahan Kesenian Tradisional Masyarakat Melayu. Muzakarah telah memutuskan bahawa amalan-amalan kebudayaan dan keseniaan tradisional yang mengandungi unsur-unsur mistik dan kebatinan, tahyul serta khurafat adalah ditegah oleh ajaran Islam kerana ia boleh menjejaskan akidah umat Islam.

The Mystical Practices in the Traditional Art Performances of the Malay Society

Decision:

The 79th Muzakarah (Conference) of the Fatwa Committee of the National Council for Islamic Religious Affairs Malaysia held on 6th-8th September 2007 has discussed the Mystical Practices in the Traditional Art Performances of the Malay Society. The Conference decided that the traditional, cultural and artistic performances that contain elements of mysticism, superstitions and imaginary beliefs are prohibited by Islam as it can undermine the creed of a Muslim.
